We are looking for Infrastructure Delivery Manager with below expertise:
Purpose: The purpose of this role is for managing, tracking & delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. The project(s) scope is to deliver the services as per schedule with the coordination between offshore, onsite & customer within agreed SLA/plan with KPI with continual improved customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: As a Delivery Manager, the candidate will be responsible for planning, tracking & managing teams/projects spread across the globe and deliver agreed scope commitments. The responsibility includes:
Precise coordination between Project Managers, SMEs, technical leads, offshore, onsite and customer stakeholders
Work with Project manager, Transition manager for preparation of the project plan/schedules, daily, weekly & monthly status reports and publish as per the schedule
Steer/attend weekly & monthly calls and adhoc calls when needed
Work on Service Improvement plan and transformation initiatives
Stakeholders management at onsite and penetration to new business
Identification of business and program related issues, risks and track to closure or mitigation/resolution
Manage onsite/offshore teams across the globe, track the projects status and take appropriate actions in case of any slippages/issues
Required Skills: The candidate must be dynamic, committed and capable of preparing/tracking & managing the schedules. Should have very good experience in Delivery management especially with End User skills and any other transformation/migration/ managed services projects.
Over 15+ years of experience in Infrastructure management & transformation services.
Over 8 years in project management and 3 years in Delivery Management for Managed services in the area of End User computing and skills on Private and Public Cloud with strong infrastructure technical skills (IaaS) with Application knowledge would be an advantage
Should have strong knowledge on end user technologies like O365, File/Print servers, SCCM, Intune, Application Packaging and knowledge on Infrastructure services like Data Centers, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google), Virtualization, etc.,
Very good skills on preparing the schedule/track & manage
Should be very good at reporting (Prepare presentations & work on Excel) & Microsoft Project Plan
Ability to handle the issues, escalations and resolve on time
Very good people management skills & leadership capabilities
Very good communication, coordination skills, dedication & commitment
Certifications
PRINCE2/PMP (Preferred)
ITIL Service Management is plust
Good Understanding on Key technologies:
Knowledge on O365, SCCM/Intune, AD/Exchange, ServiceNow, Windows, Unix, DataBase, Networking, Virtualization, Database, public Cloud, etc.,
Personal Attributes: Candidates must have the following as a mandatory requirement
A proactive in nature and able to handle the pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good planning, commitment and time-keeping skills
Capable of delivering migration/managed services in a pressurized environment
Ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to resolution
Should be able to work closely with different team across the globe
Good time management organization, inter-personal skills.
