Infrastructure Engineer in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of the team responsible for services used by a vast majority of applications in the bank to meet security requirements originated from the enterprise Cyber Security policy.
- Join us in our Scaled Agile journey, using DevSecOps practices to enable faster value delivery.
- Design, implement and maintain commoditized Cyber Security infrastructure such as Infra & Cloud Directories, Authentication & Authorization, Identity Management.
- Provide help on ad-hoc requests from Product owner and internal customers.
- Support in meeting compliance requirements and improve security.
- Resolve incidents, bugs and deficiencies as well as occasionally act as level 3 support within the area of the team’s responsibility.


What is needed in this role:
- Be a very motivated individual with good technical skills and constant desire to stay on top of technology

- Bachelor degree in computer science / engineering or senior student in IT, with at least 2-year work experience in IT administration / development, and a combination of the following:
- Experience in Directory Services (Microsoft AD, Azure AD, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML2, OAuth).
- Good level of scripting in PowerShell;
- Understanding and interest on infrastructure architecture;
- Self-organized, self-driven, team-oriented individual with good communication skills (proficiency in written and spoken English) having willingness to learn as well as share knowledge.
- Knowledge in Identity Management systems (e.g., SailPoint) or MS Cloud solutions (Azure, 365) is a plus.
