Are you passionate about Privileged Access Management and eager to work with large and complex infrastructure? Want to focus on delivery in the area of Identity and Access Management? Design new solutions and optimize existing systems/platforms? If yes, the following might be for you!
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Design PAM solutions that will increase the security of our customers.
- Via APIs, Implement automation between the PAM environment and the rest of the IAM eco-system.
- Maintain excellent quality of service in the area.
- Be part of our Scaled Agile journey, using DevSecOps practices to enable faster value delivery.
- Protect our Cloud journey using its security solutions to deliver value based on Product area roadmap.
- Occasionally, act as level 3 support for incidents within the area of the team’s responsibility.
- Design, implement and maintain commoditized IAM infrastructure in following areas:
- Ø Privileged Access Management (e.g., CyberArk).
- Ø Cloud & Infra Directory: (e.g., Azure AD, Active Directory).
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field.
- CyberArk certification is mandatory (e.g., CyberArk CDE/Sentry/Guardian).
- 3+ years of experience with CyberArk, Privileged Access Management.
- Experience in design, implementation, installation, and configuration of PAM solutions for enterprise organizations.
- Good experience with CyberArk secret management solution (CCP, Conjur).
- Experience with databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle regarding privileged accounts and how people use accounts.
- Good level of scripting or software development background; (PowerShell, Python, Java or similar).
- Good understanding of infrastructure architecture.
- Good documentation skills.
- Ability to handle uncertainty and do quick and efficient drill down in the given area.
- Team-oriented, good communication skills and willingness to share the knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture.
