Infrastructure Manager for Operational Availability Assurance
IKEA Operations and Shared Services, Helsingborg
Operations (part of IKEA Operations and Shared Services organization) is looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Infrastructure Manager. Your main task will be to lead, develop people, business and to secure deliveries according to set goals, defined strategies and budget. The team consists of 18 members placed in ÄLMHULT.

To be successful as an Infrastructure Manager you need to have:
-You have proven leadership skills to lead, develop, coach, empower and motivate your co-workers
-You are used to work with vendors, steering and following-up the delivery results
-Mature communication and presentation skills
-You are fluent in English, spoken and written
-You are used to working in a global environment with many stakeholders on all organizational levels
-You are used to lead people in focused activities, with focus on people and results
-You are an structured person who shows initiative, takes responsibility and can see what needs to be improved
It is important that you are a natural leader. You have previous experience from line management and leadership of people. When working, you will have IKEA´s best interests as a priority. As you will interact with many different stakeholders on all levels of the organization, from management to end user, you need to be able to balance technology understanding with communication and presentation skills.
