Infrastructure Project Leader
IKEA IT Production Helsingborg or Älmhult

The Infrastructure Project Leader (IPL) is responsible for managing infrastructure assignments within Production. The IPL takes ownership for the assignments delivery and lead people through standard methods and processes to make everyone perform their best, influenced by IKEAs values.

As an IPL you will be responsible to execute infrastructure assignments. You are expected to share your skills and experience and to be a key person in our mission of delivering excellent IT Infrastructure services.

We are looking for you who have a broad experience from, and genuine interest in driving Infrastructure activities & projects with high business impact. You have experience as project leader and leadership from managing IT projects.

You have a track record of delivering projects and achieving business results. You have competence in people management, understanding service management, IT processes and related delivery models. . We believe you have experience of projects, automation, e-commerce or monitoring.

As a person you have strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills. You have a strong drive and integrity. You are result oriented, and take clear ownership of your assignment. You are confident in your leadership and have the ability to see the whole picture.

We also secure life cycle management: platforms and products on supported levels with the right functionality.
