Infrastructure Service Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team to lead the management and development of Infrastructure
What you will work on:
Lead the governance team to ensure efficient development of IT Services.
Oversee budgeting and financial follow-up related to infrastructure management.
Manage and coordinate projects within the Infrastructure department.
Collaborate closely with other Service Managers to ensure cohesive operations.
Foster a strong partnership with the Business to align service delivery with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Conduct workshops and lead discussions to drive continuous improvement.

Proven leadership skills with a focus on Infrastructure management.
Solid technical knowledge combined with the ability to lead, motivate, and build relationships both internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and adapt to unforeseen circumstances effectively.
Proficiency in strategic and tactical thinking, with an aptitude for hands-on operational work.
Experienced IT leader with a strong drive and a track record of success.
Skilled in analyzing complex situations and providing clear directions for the way forward.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Committed to successfully completing assigned tasks and projects.
Academic education in IT, System Management, or Engineering.
Proven experience in service management and operational roles.
Five to ten years of relevant professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Swedish citizenship with no dual citizenship, and the ability to undergo mandatory security checks.
