Unilever is looking for an Infrastructure Services Manager Unilever is currently looking for an Infrastructure Services Manager to be responsible for the Infrastructure Services provided within the Nordic region.The successful candidate will have an end to end ownership for Infrastructure Services, working in close corporation with the head office in the UK. General Responsibilities - Work proactively with the Nordic IT department to understand business requirements and ensuring that infrastructure solutions will meet these requirements and are technically feasible.- Ensure that agreements and descriptions are appropriate to the needs of the companies and end-users.- Monitor and report service performance and proactively identify improvements projects.Drive service improvements and developments to meet evolving customer needs and to improve the quality of infrastructure services provided.- Direct management of the local infrastructure operation including direct management of all in-country staff and budget located within the Nordic region.- Infrastructure Vendor Management by managing local suppliers.- Ensure that infrastructure projects portfolio is managed and maintains regular formal communication with the HOIT and Business Partners.- Ensure professional project management of internal improvement projects and infrastructure projects, with timely deliveries and alignment with project portfolios.- Manage overall infrastructure budget.Qualifications - At least 5-10 years of experience of coordinating various technical environments.- Good understanding of IT infrastructure operation and service management.- Excellent skills in managing people.- Experience of IT infrastructure.- Experience (or willingness to learn) of ITIL principles.- Excellent language skills in written and spoken Swedish and English.To suit the position you set challenging goals to make significant improvements in the infrastructure.You are never satisfied and proactively search for better solutions.You are a team player and are committed to the overall team objectives.
