Infrastructure Technician
As we are continuing our growth, we are now looking for an Infrastructure Technician to be a part of a dynamic team consisting of 12 colleagues located in Nashville, St. Louis, Pasco, Stockholm and Timrå. YOUR ROLE – Key responsibilities
The Technical Services team is responsible for creation, maintenance, and support of Permobil’s Global IT infrastructure. This includes all on-prem, Azure and AWS servers, laptops, handheld devices, networks, telecommunications, databases.


You will report to the manager of Technical services and together with the team your responsibilities will include:


- Manage our IT Infrastructure:
o Cloud services, Azure, AWS
o Virtualization platforms, VMware
o Windows servers
o Windows PCs
o Collaboration platforms
o Monitoring, OP5
o Lifecycling
o Documentation, Confluence

- Maintain and implement new M365 services
- Maintain the client platform in the form of packaging applications, deploy operating systems and updates
- Supporting M&A projects from an Infrastructure perspective.
- Migrate acquired companies IT infrastructure to our environment.
o Part of third-line support
o Part of our IT Security team
o Part of our IT Architecture team
o Assist in the identity management area


YOUR PROFILE – Qualifications
We believe you have 5+ years of experience from the IT industry in a similar role.
You also have understanding of Complex IT environments from an infrastructure and/or operations perspective.
Strong system administration experience and General application expertise/understanding.
Excellent trouble shooting abilities.
Degree from university in relevant area or other comparable experience.
You master English in speech and writing

It is desirable if you:
Have experience from working in an IT department within a manufacturing company
