OM TJÄNSTEN
As an infrastructure technician at Tietoevry Connect, you will take the role of technical generalist and coordinator of specialist expertise in tasks that include implementing, upgrading, troubleshooting and documenting technical platform solutions for a given customer. You will both operate the customer's extensive IT infrastructure and network as well as consult, support and guide the customer in technical matters. This assigment offers the opportunity to gather experience from a complex and responsible enviroment, in a context with a lot of self-determination - a unique career opportunity!

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Manage third-line incidents and problems
- Propose and implement changes according to the customer's wishes
- Project work for major changes in the IT environment

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Has at least 3 years of experience of operating large IT environments
- Has knowledge in server virtualization (VMware)
- Has experience with Powershell
- Is used to working with ITIL as a framework
- Communicates freely in both Swedish and English in speech and writing, as both languages are used on the job,

It is a merit with knowledge in:


* Linux server
* Backup solutions
