Project Engineer
Operational Excellence are now looking for a Project Engineer on a 12 months assignment. You will lead, execute and support new product introductions (NPI), new product development (NPD) and investment projects. You will also be involved in the site's activities with continuous process improvement, complex problem solving and technical pre-studies. In this role you will be part of Project Management Office in Operations Excellence.
Objectives Of The Position
To lead and deliver projects/activities/pre-studies related to product development, introductions and optimization of the manufacturing/packaging process including key drivers such as safety, quality and cost.
To participate in technical transfer of new products and take the operational lead for the scale-up activities and development of the manufacturing/packaging process.
To participate in investment projects as technical representative for operations.
Participate in root cause investigations, complex problem solving and process improvement work to ensure a compliant and reliable manufacturing/packaging process.
Qualifications
5 years of experience within pharmaceutical, chemical or biochemical industry (required)
Experience of manufacturing process development, technical trials, and knowledge in process automation systems (merit)
M.Sc degree within chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering or other relevant area (merit)
Experience from coating processes (merit)
Professional level in both Swedish and English (required)
Good skills in technical documentation (required)
What You Will Need To Succeed

It is essential that you have good communicative ability and understand the importance of creating effective collaborations with various functions internally and externally. To be successful in this position you should be able to independently plan, lead, and take responsibility for your work and have the ability to lead assignments and projects.
