We are growing – do you want to grow with us? Our Data Analytics business is the market leader for data analytical solutions within the life science industry. We are on a strong growth path, driving new innovative solutions in this field and therefore we are looking for a new member of our team to support and grow the sales in Europe to the life science and process industry.

Comfortable in providing disruptive resolutions to customers
Eager to learn and develop sales skills within the emotional selling concept and value-based selling
Understand how to evolve a customer’s business based on advanced data analytics
You are strong in building trust with the customers
This position will be based in Malmö.
What you will accomplish together with us:
Managing your own portfolio of customers and will be responsible for selling our data analytics solutions to smaller accounts across Europe
Developing new and existing customers to a higher engagement level with our solutions and build strong customer relationships
Assessing and analysing customer needs, respond to customer enquiries, offer products and services as appropriate, negotiate and follow until the closing
Be a force for positive change, growing the business year over year
Providing administrative support to other Account Managers on larger accounts
Collaborating and working closely with other sales team members as well as Data Scientists and Project Managers
Relating technical and business concepts to user needs
Implementing and participating in targeted marketing activities within the portfolio
What will convince us:
A bachelor or master’s degree in business, technical and/or life science degree or a degree in another discipline with a solid technical understanding
Preferable experience within the Bio process industry or similar
Some sales experience in an equivalent role
Experience in negotiation.
Self-motivated, results oriented and persistent,
Capacity to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
Interpersonal, written and presentation skills and ability to work with all levels within the customers’ and internal organizations.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Fluent oral and written communication in English is a requirement, beneficial to speak Swedish or Danish
