In 2021, the Swedish subsidiary Lead Intelligent Equipment (Sweden) AB was founded in Västerås. We are now looking for an Onsite Purchaser to join LEAD overseas supply chain team to support our business operations. About the Role: As an Onsite Purchaser, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's procurement process, focusing on project-specific needs. Working closely with the project management team, you will be responsible for receiving and managing purchasing requests, sourcing suppliers, and comparing prices to ensure cost-effectiveness. Your duties will extend to finalizing the purchasing process within the organization, maintaining relationships with current suppliers, and actively seeking and developing new supplier connections.
Your primary responsibilities: 
Manage and assess purchasing requests, collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and timeliness, negotiating terms and conducting price comparisons.
Coordinate procurement processes, ensuring policy compliance and facilitating a smooth workflow with internal teams.
Manage supplier invoices and payments, collaborating with the internal payment department for accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers, promptly addressing concerns and enhancing collaboration.
Explore and identify new potential suppliers, evaluating and qualifying them to expand the organization's network.
Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and conduct regular reviews of supplier performance to ensure optimal value for expenditure.



To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in procurement and sourcing, preferably in a project-based environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s+ degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Previous experience in onsite procurement is highly desirable.
Language skills: Fluent in English& Chinese, Swedish is a merit.



Work Location and travel:
This position is in Skellefteå, Sweden, job performing with 100%Onsite. Based on job needs, it may require domestic & international travel.
