We are looking for a Operational Buyer to our factory in Västerås, Sweden. You are a key player in our supply chain – Making sure, we have material always available in right time, price and quantity and therefore enabling excellent customer experience.
You are responsible for
Monitoring and analyzing the need and availability of material for production and for new projects,
Purchasing the needed material in right time at right cost,
Taking actions to resolve and communicate material related issues internally and with our suppliers,
Optimizing the purchases to be as cost-efficient as possible, both with respect to cost and inventory levels,
Assisting in data management and reporting.

We expect you to
Have good understanding in supply chain models and preferably few years of experience in purchasing.
Have very good analytical skills to be able to analyze customer needs and take actions accordingly,
Be passionate about customer satisfaction and be service-oriented team-player,
Be a structured and initiative person with can-do attitude and strong communication and decision-making skills,
Be strong in English and Swedish (both written and spoken language),
Have experience in ERP systems and MS Office package,
Have a strong business sense, and basic financial understanding.
