PROCUREMENT MANAGER SWEDEN
Procurement Nordics is responsible for the procurement activities of all legal entities and divisions in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Baltics and Iceland. The team consists of 13 procurement professionals across 4 countries. We work closely with our internal business partners and in a network with DPWN Corporate Procurement in Europe.
As Procurement Manager Sweden, you will contribute value to the business by running local sourcing initiatives and supporting regional / global initiatives.
You will manage the suppliers for your assigned categories. The location is Stockholm, with regular travel within Europe. The total spend of Sweden is ca. 120m?, out of which you will manage a considerable portion, depending on the share of responsibilities with your 2 colleagues in Sweden.
Principal accountabilities:
. Establish close contact with business units to ensure actual and future knowledge of strategy, internal demand and service quality
. Develop and implement local sourcing strategies, utilizing state of the art sourcing practices in alignment with the European cluster and category management
. Implement corporate or regional sourcing strategies, ensuring that country category requirements and issues are addressed
. Conduct supplier management according to corporate standards
. Identify and develop best in class suppliers in cooperation with European category managers and internal customers
. Track category specific project progress and benefits
Qualifications:
? University degree (preferably in business administration or supply chain management)
? Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written)
? 3 years of experience in international business working in cross-functional teams
? 1 - 5 years of procurement experience
? Capability to think in market mechanisms and dynamics and the ability to act upon them
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Process- and result-oriented, problem solving, decision and execution focused
