Description of thesis work
To increase our innovation capability we would like to build up an innovation portal.


Review existing portals within Volvo as well as outside of Volvo
Research different existing approaches to increase an organizations innovation abilities – what inspires people?
Collect the different stakeholders and map them
Propose a set-up for an innovation portal that expresses our innovation spirit and gives us even more inspiration for the future. The proposal will then be further developed together with the thesis supervisor at VCE.
Create the portal in Sharepoint (no programming knowledge is required)
Prepare a communication proposal on how to spread the news about the portal and how to make best use of it



A report of the work and the reasoning for the chosen approach should be prepared. Additionally the innovation portal shall be developed and published on the VCE intranet.
