The Strategy & Innovation team is responsible for strategy and innovation covering all parts of Customer Solutions. The purpose is to ensure that E.ON works with strategy and innovation in a way that supports our goals and the future company value. This by ensuring state-of-the-art processes, working on specific projects and creating collaborations with stakeholders both internally and externally.
About the position
This is a great opportunity to work with front-end innovation as part of the energy transition – hands on impacting our future society.
As our Innovation Business Partner you will manage the innovation process for the E.ON Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) business, linking the Swedish innovation activities to international projects and activities, as well as to external parties. You will ensure that the innovation portfolio is aligned with the strategy and continuously evaluated on its targets. You will have the opportunity to build up the process and way of working with innovation. In your daily work you will:

* Support innovation projects, especially in the early stages  
* Collaborate closely with EIS Technology Office, EIS Sustainable City Development, Strategy and E.ON Group Innovation 
* Develop and update the innovation vision and strategy
* Coordinate and manage the organization's innovation process
* Provide support to the business regarding innovation methods and tools, e.g. idea generation, business model development, internal networking initiatives 
* Search for new business opportunities by exploring, evaluating and screening ideas and concepts, both internally and externally, based on defined key innovation areas  
* Establish relationships with external stakeholders and potential partners within the academia, startup ecosystem and relevant industries
* Promote an innovation friendly organizational culture supporting experimentation, open communication, empowerment, autonomy and a tolerance for failures

The position is located in Malmö.

We are looking for
To thrive and succeed in the role we believe you have a university degree in engineering, at least five years of experience from the energy industry and from working with commercial and/or Innovation management. You speak and write fluent in English.

As a person, we believe that you are curious and positive to new challenges, innovations and to move at a fast pace. Since you will have several internal and external collaborations, you are a team player who is good at communicating. Explaining something complex in an easy-to-understand way comes naturally to you.
