About the job

We are looking for someone who will take lead by keeping together the Core Business Range digital innovation agenda across the IKEA ecosystem, together with internal and external stakeholders and in alignment with the total IKEA innovation agenda.

In this role you will be a part of a network of expertise and lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer and an attractive IKEA Brand. Together with you colleagues at Core Business Range you will be responsible for securing digital infusion into our innovation agenda and utilizations of digital enablers in the innovation portfolio.

In this role you will report to our Digital Manager at IKEA of Sweden AB and work closely with the Innovation leader at Inter IKEA Group to lead towards uniformity and commonality. More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for:
Lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer through innovation.
Together with the innovation network colleagues, develop the innovation framework, partner up with other innovations in IKEA, and enable co-creation and co-worker engagement into the innovation ideation process.
Enable insights, exploration, innovation and development of core process agenda in an agile way.
Secure the ability to go from ideation to deployment, and facilitate a strong mind-set of innovation to create a unique advantage for IKEA also in the future.
Responsible to connect with other areas of expertise within IKEA Digital, and in other relevant areas across the IKEA network.

Core business Range is an organization consisting of three legal entities; IKEA of Sweden AB, IKEA Product development technology centre and IKEA Communications AB.

IKEA of Sweden AB has the assignment to determine and develop the IKEA Product Range, including products, packaging solutions and service products according to the IKEA Concept Framework.
