Join IKEA’s logistics and fulfilment focused innovation team as an Innovation Leader to establish the future of logistics for IKEA.

As an Innovation Leader you will be part of a team of 10 people dedicated to innovation in IKEA’s larger, development and innovation focused own internal consulting organization: Intralogistics in Supply Chain Development.

As an Innovation Leader you will be responsible for:
Leading innovation initiatives for creating high performing intralogistics products from ideation until finished validation of the concept
Driving and managing creative ideation activities and the collection and prioritization of ideas based on Intralogistics Innovation strategic direction.
Leading, coordinating, and holding together the innovation process (DNS) end to end from an Intralogistics Innovation scope perspective
Securing that the execution of innovation/development and documentation is on a level that enables the integration of the new development as a standard or optional solution for intralogistics units
Contributing towards the intralogistics innovation tactical plan and development roadmap
