Innovation Strategy Manager

At Aventure, our core focus is developing delicious food products that contribute to sustainable health and better life. Our ventures and projects share the vision of creating advanced and clinically verified products, concepts, and processes in functional food and biotechnology.As an Innovation Strategy Manager, you will develop and manage innovative product concepts, methods, and solutions for the ventures and projects at Aventure. Your projects will typically involve literature review, product design, early prototyping, and/or building concept frameworks based around food ingredients or technologies. This is a full-time position with placement in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are:
You are a committed person who thrives in a dynamic environment, finds order in chaos, sparks inspiration in the mundane. You are a curious learner, a thorough communicator and presenter, who is comfortable working with different task teams.
You have a Master's degree in science, engineering, or equivalent; your experience in the food industry makes you fluent in the languages of scientific research and technology. You are familiar with the innovation process and putting it to action.
A very good command of written and oral English is required.
