Job description
Are you an outgoing team player with experience from working in an industrial environment? Do you have knowledge of color matching, ink, paint or printing?   

INX International are now looking for an Inplant technician positioned at one of our customers facilities in Malmö.

Responsibilities
We are seeking an Inplant Technician for our customer's production site in Fosie, Malmö. As a technician you will be liaison between INX and our customer, Ball Beverage Packaging. The INX- team working at the facility consists of four people and you will report to plant manager positioned in Manchester. You will be responsible for:


Weigh up and mix batches of ink
Coordinate inventory levels for press needs
Receive and rotate stock
Perform color matching
In-plant maintenance

The position presupposes that you can work independently as well as in teams. 



Working hours
Fulltime, 40 hours working week, 8:30-5:00 pm.

The position requires ability to over call outs on evenings and weekend every four weeks. Must live no more than 30 minutes away from the plant to be able to show up on site during on call. 

Qualifications
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:


Minimum secondary education, preferably with technical or chemical 
Experience from working in a similar environment and have excellent written, reading comprehension, chemical and math skills
 Must be able to pass a color vision test and be able to match colors effectively
Have solvent ink knowledge
Demonstrate proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:
Flexible packaging knowledge
Flexographic printing knowledge
Previous lab, inplant, and warehouse experience
SAP Knowledge
Inplant pressroom experience
College degree

We are looking for a person that effectively communicates with peers and customers. This role involves working closely with the customer and you must demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Beyond this we expect you to have good organization skills and are able to plan and execute your work independently as well as in teams. The right personality can consider lack of experience in the field.
