About the position
Perido is looking for an Inside Sales Agent/Account Manager for our client, a well-known and major international company in the automotive industry. The office is placed in Torslanda, outside of Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
This is a very mixed role where you will be responsible for different areas. Sales, customer service are just two of your areas of expertise. You will be the first contact for business customers, provide excellent customer service and communication based on the customer’s unique needs, and find new customers. More specifically, your tasks will include the following:
Acquire new and existing customers and accounts through following up leads generated from direct marketing campaigns by outbound calling
Support marketing initiatives through maximizing conversion of inbound leads
Respond to all enquiries via digital channels with the aim of converting a prospect into an Online Fleet customer
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Upsell customers by outlining benefits of premium grades, packs, and options
Work collaboratively with our Customer Relations department to ensure all sales related customer requests can be handled effectively
Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving our customer’s experience
Process enquiries appropriately on the CRM system (Salesforce) to enable future follow-up
Support the wider Inside Sales with corporate sales knowledge and understanding

Requirements
Have excellent customer management skills together with a background within a similar sales or customer-facing role
Have experience from large scale negotiations with businesses and you are comfortable pursuing new customers through cold calling
Be knowledgeable of company car economy and questions related to tax laws, benefit in kind and environmental effect – especially electrification trends in the industry
Possess a good understanding of the various automotive finance products offered in Sweden
Experience from working in Salesforce and Vroom, as well as MS Office
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English and Swedish



Contract type and hours
Full time position. Consulting assignment until 2022-07-31. Start as soon as possible.
