1 DESCRIPTION / DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the role is to act as interface between customers, the field sales organisation including the resellers and internal departments. The role includes administrative and communication tasks in both commercial and technical area.
2 ANSVAR / RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create and manage technical and commercial customer requests
· Draw up quotations and commercial proposals
· Insert orders in the relevant ERP systems
· Manage incoming sales orders together with Production Planning
· Manage and supervise technical and commercial customer support and service activities
· Manage technical customer projects together with the involved departments
· Maintain communication with customers and resellers related to follow-up of sales activities
· Follow-up of customer quotations with direct contact to customers and resellers
· Create and maintain the relevant sales data in Sales Force System
· Collaborate in updating and improving Sales Force system with external consultants
· Working on the project pipeline related to analyze and planning tasks
· Collaborate in Sales Campaigns with Marketing
· Collaborate in Sales Planning and Market Strategy tasks with Head of Sales & Marketing

4 COMPETENCIES / COMPETENCIES
EDUCATION / EDUCATION:
Technical education as Engineer or similar, with high affinity to Sales tasks
EXPERIENCE / EXPERIENCE:
Experience as Sales Engineer
Experience in working with Technical Customer Projects
Experience in working within Sales Organisations
Experience in Sales Administration or high motivation to built-up this knowledge
