We now have an exciting opportunity for two (!) Inside Sales Representatives who will be the human connection for our online brand and complete our sales team internally. From operations of managing and following up on incoming leads for both new and existing customers, you will be working alongside your team consisting of communicators and customer service experts with the aligned ambition to provide the best for our customers. The role belongs to the Global Sales department as part of our Swedish market organization and will be based at our HQ office in Gothenburg, Sweden.



What you´ll do

In this role, you will have daily key contact with sales leads and inspire potential customers in their journey to electric mobility. You will drive lead cycle management by following-up leads and close them, and also initiating sales with potential customers. By optimizing your call logic and sales (and service) approach, you will document customer information and reactions, focusing on the customers’ needs to close sales. On a regular basis, you should also analyse and report on lead management results.

Further on, your tasks will also involve:

- Ensuring continuous sales support, administration and reporting
- Supporting of the Fleet Sales administration
- Continuously assess and improve collaboration with sales partners




Who you are

To be successful in this role, we are searching for you with outstanding communication skills to inspire, educate and guide customers in their EV-transition. You probably have a strong passion and interest within the EV, tech and automotive area! Your analytical mindset will set you up for success in identifying customers’ needs, whilst your flexible and can-do attitude ignites your social skills and your passion for cars and people.

Experience from a role with customer interaction and/or telesales are meritorious, but your strong service mindset is what will be the key for success! A passionate relationship builder with a true optimistic approach, that’s probably you.

We believe you to have:

- More than six months experience in a role within customer service & relations and/or sales
- You are comfortable having customer contact via phone
- Completed studies on a GCSE/high school-level or higher
- Excellent level of spoken and written Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
