We established operations in Sweden in October 2019 and are looking for:
- An entrepreneurial-minded, data-driven, results-oriented professional with local market experience to generate new business in Sweden.
- This role is ideal for someone who has the right mix of leadership, passion, energy, and experience to launch & build business in the professional services sector.
- The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the Staffing industry. Exposure to MSP (Kelly, Workforce Logiq, Randstad and others) ecosystem will be a big plus.
- Staffing / Consulting Services experience in Sales will be an advantage
Responsibilities and Duties
Leadership
- The incumbent will have primary responsibility of formulating overall growth strategy, and coordinating marketing and sales efforts with an offshore team.
- Orchestrate and optimally leverage Executive Leadership to win new business deals.
- Set up a strategic roadmap to acquire new clients and drive firm revenues from the region in the near future.
- Engaging & managing the relationships at the highest level in the account.
- We require the candidate to have proven consumer business acumen and leadership skills that may have been developed either in an entrepreneurial environment or with a fast-paced growth firm.
Strategy & Planning
- The candidate will be responsible for developing a business plan and sales strategy primarily for the Nordic market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and revenue targets from new accounts.
- Develop Nordic region as a sustainable market through business development, partnerships, enterprise sales and other business development activities.
- Optimize resource utilization and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Researching, mapping, establishing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Build & Manage Qualified Sales pipeline consistent with business strategy.
- Regularly meeting the key customers & frequent travel to assigned territories for effective customer management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- This position requires a dynamic, hardworking, and ambitious individual with excellent oral and written communication skills. Someone with flair and panache who will actively network with potential clients, participate in industry trade shows and seminars.
- Individual will also possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Individual should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional groups and senior management.
- Strong prospecting skills in finding new opportunities.
- Must be bilingual - Professional proficiency in English & Swedish.
Key Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience with proven track record of success in business development and / or client management.
- Network of relationships in Sweden, particularly with Procurement and / or MSPs across industry domains viz. BFSI, Technology, Retail, Hospitality, etc. apart from State / Govt. entities.
- Must have experience supporting Professional Services and Managed Services. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the Staffing industry and adequate exposure to the MSP (Kelly, Workforce Logiq, Randstad and others) ecosystem.
- Staffing / Consulting Services experience in Sales will be meriting
Educational Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, or equivalent combination of relevant education / certifications / training.
