What you will do:
We are looking for an enthusiastic & driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and be responsible for onboarding new customers, sales lead generation, and development. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of an energetic team of professionals committed to educating customers, providing superior service, and winning them over.



Sales Targets

- Strive to achieve given sales targets
- Strive to achieve given target for onboarding of new customers
- Meet activity and meeting goals regularly




Sales Analytics & Administration

- Maintain sales forecasting in CRM
- Maintain good record keeping in CRM and company archives
- Organize and update client communications in the CRM system
- Register new potential clients in the CRM system
- Register new contacts for potential and existing clients
- Utilize marketing tools such as Zoom Info & LinkedIn for marketing messaging in support of individual lead generation



Prospect & Customer Interactions

- Book meetings with prospective customers to discuss their needs and present Viedoc

- Communicate via email and Teams with prospects and customers for sales interactions
- Maintains a high level of knowledge in the Viedoc company, product, and services


Proposals & Agreements

- Good knowledge of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Quotations, and Work Orders to discuss with prospects
- Collaborate with in house legal counsel when prospects request negotiation of contracts (acts as a liaison)
- You will report directly to the Global Head of Sales Operations.


About you:
We are looking for the tech-savvy person who has an eye for detail and lusts for sales. You enjoy working as part of a team and can remain focused when working independently. The role requires someone that likes to learn, is polished, is service-minded, and is a top communicator. You have worked in a CRM system, have skills in Excel, and are a sales professional that can present internally and externally. You are self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a software sales organization and expertise in life sciences. (Software Sales + Life Sciences/Clinical Trials).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Knowledge in Clinical Trials, Information Technology, Information Security and/or licenses sales is a highly recommended experience for the role and a super added plus.
