About the position
As an Inside Sales Representative you have a critical position within the sales organisation, being responsibility for generating new business by identifying and nurturing leads, as well as upselling to existing customers. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prospect and qualify potential customers over various channels
- Together with marketing, execute sales campaigns to identify purchase intent, and qualify marketing driven leads
- Understand customers’ security needs and match them with the appropriate solutions
- Accurately track and manage sales opportunities in their CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to identify new opportunities for sales growth
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new sales strategies and techniques
- Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements
- Research emerging trends, technology and competitive information
- Represent NTT Security at conferences and trade shows
Your Background
We believe that you are an ambitious and technical individual with an organized approach and the ability to build trust. You most likely have a couple of years’ experience working as inside sales in a technical environment. You are also experienced and have a good understanding of direct sales. You have a can-do attitude with focus on client outcome. It is meritorious if you have experience from the cybersecurity. Additionally we believe that you have:
- 2 years of experience in inside sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong computer skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a fantastic work ethic
