Inside Sales Specialist with biotech background

Bio-Works is expanding its focus on supporting our customers and we are looking to hire another Inside Sales Specialist. The work involves both external customer support and supporting our Key Account Managers (KAM) with lead generation. For external customer support, the work consists of facilitating the ordering, shipping & invoicing process. KAM support will be focused on customer data mining, digital marketing and qualifying leads to create lead lists. To be able to qualify customer leads, you should have a university degree in biotechnology or equivalent. Previous experience with Hubspot, digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.

The task is to match appropriate Bio-Works product solutions to the particular purification challenges that our customers have, through an understanding of our products and through communication with customers worldwide. For the latter purpose, mastering one language other than English is preferred.

Previous experience from sales is a plus but good operational organization and customer relationship management are more important skills for this position.

Key responsibilities:

- Customer data mining and qualification of new leads
- Generating lead lists
- Booking of customer meetings
- First line support to customers
- External and internal support for the customer order process


Person profile:

- Excellent communication skills & customer focus
- Ability to develop knowledge of our own products
- Good coordination and collaboration skills
- Ability to make decisions individually


Requirements:

- BSc or similar in biological/chemical science
- Fluency in English
- Preferably some work experience in a sales environment and/or in Life Science area or similar
- Experience of using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot is desired
