WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who wants
to understand our customers’ behavior by driving and developing relevant
insights and tools for all touchpoints, someone who is truly passionate about
working with the customer experience. Your drive to create relevant and
actionable insights based on the customer and consumer data is what motivates
you. To succeed in this role, you easily collaborate with others, you have
a curious mind frame, and you enjoy working agile. Would you like to inspire

To step into this role, you also
have:
• Worked with data, data analytics,
and analyzing data from both offline and online
• Experience working with customer
behavior specifically in retail to gain insights to better attract, develop and
retain customers
• Strong knowledge about research
methodology, research tools, as well as CX knowledge and journey methodology
• Experience working with BI Tools,
e.g. Qlik Sense, Power BI or similar
• Knowledge and experience working
with Google Cloud Platform / Big Query and SQL
• Strong skills in how to govern and
manage customer information to build trustful customer relationships
• Been part of creating and
implementing change initiatives
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
working with customer insight
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
within Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or
related field
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be our expert
on the data and sources building up our customer experience understanding. You
will do this by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data to create a better
grasp of the total customer experience. The mission is to enable growth by
supporting global and local markets in a new era of meeting the customer. You
will do this via research and analysis together with internal stakeholders all
to make better informed strategies, plans and decisions.
Your specific assignments also
include:
• Collecting, integrating, auditing,
analyzing, and distributing (regular
reporting
and visualization) findings, and producing actionable insights
• Translating business needs to
relevant research and analytics assignments
• Implementing and improving
operational work related to customer analytics
• Establishing relationships with
internal and external experts and suppliers
• Keeping country teams informed on
planned deliveries and enable an
infusion
of relevant and actionable insights
• Working across functions within
INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses, ensuring
alignment across IKEA
