Insights Lead

About this opportunity!
We are looking for an Insights Lead to build and ensure we bring to bear advanced analytics techniques to automate decision making support, focusing on exception handling and predictive insights. Our goal is to implement and deploy Analytics at scale to create customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Supply Chain. We are looking for a leader in Stockholm who will work closely with Business and enable faster time to Insights.

What you will do
Accelerate Self Service and enable faster time to insights across Group Supply
Solution and Delivery responsibility
Collaborate with the Supply Business Executives across Market Areas (MANA, MNEA, MOAI, APAC, MELA)
Drive and Lead the initiatives with a team of Data Scientist ,Data Engineers ,BI Experts
Work closely with Ericsson’s Centralized IT
Create the Self Service Strategy and Analytics Roadmap.Report to Leadership on achievements.
Project Management
Host or Supports development of digital proficiencies needed to secure digital abilities across group supply
Optimize the E2E process from suppliers to customers.


To be successful in the role you must have
Education: Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge
5 years of experience in AI and Analytics
Understanding of the AI Architectural Landscape
Worked in cross-functional setup
Roadmap and Budget responsibility
Bonus if you have Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
Proven leadership behavior
