Tetra Pak Processing Systems AB Tetra Pak Processing Systems AB is part of the Tetra Pak Group and works with engineering of plants for treatment and packaging of liquid food all over the world.We also have a role as global development and support organisation for engineering tools and plant automation. The Plant Engineering organisation within Tetra Pak Processing Systems AB sells and delivers large projects in close cooperation with our market companies around the world. For our Process Engineering department we are now recruiting an Installation Manager that will lead the installation of our customers' food/beverage production plants.The work is project based and mostly performed on site at our customers around the world.As most projects are located outside the Nordic region the position will require extensive traveling during periods of implementation. As Installation Manager your tasks will include: .Leading the physical installation of the customer's plant .Planning of resources .Planning of material .Creation and follow up of time plan During periods when you are not on site you will act as support in the Process Engineering department with calculations and reviews.You have a practical technical education and at least 5 years work experience from installation, managing people and working outside of Sweden.It is a very strong merit with experience from work within process industry with high hygiene standards (such as food production, pharmaceutical production etc).As you will spend most of your time abroad you need to be good at English, both verbal and written.Our work is project based.This requires that you are result oriented and decisive.You need to communicate clearly and efficiently with people on different levels and from different cultures.It is important that you can cooperate with customers, suppliers and colleagues by building constructive relationships and create a good working climate.
