For more information about us, please visit www.alstom.se Basic functions: Planning and executing installation of large modernization projects at customer power plants. Technical responsibility for site work and follow up of own and contractor's scope of installation. Essential functions: Planning. Managing service/retrofit installation projects at site. Planning for the outage, technical and resource. Completing of assignments according to time schedule and budget. Planning and executing in accordance with local regulations and labour laws. Representing Alstom towards customers. Ensuring Alstom Quality standards. Follow up and enhancing the development of employees at site. Coordinating and source resources from line departments for planned execution Installation Manager is accountable for: Planning the outage in detail together with Alstom supervisors. Ensuring that all required work packages and quality documents are complete before starting the work. Key Skills and Requirements: Engineering background from Upper Secondary School or University. Genuine experience of site work. Several years experience of managing positions, site or office. Industrial / large infrastructure project experience. Installation Manager should have talent and interest for leading others, as well as skills for clear communications and analytic approach and should drive for problem solving and continuous improvement.
