Description
As a Project Manager within PMO Area Nordics & North West Europe you will be responsible for executing installation projects for Capital Equipment to our customers, with full accountability for the project result, contributing to the overall Capital Equipment sales result and customer satisfaction.
PMO (Project Management Office) is one the three functional areas (together with PEO and PCO) within CE Installations Services Cluster Europe & Central Asia.
The position is based in Lund and you will be travelling approx. 20-50% of the time.
Main responsibilities
- Support Key Account Team and Project Engineering Office during the Support CE Quotation phase
- Manage installation of packaging line projects according to the processes for Installation projects within the Cluster
- Manage and motivate both internal and external staff to deliver packaging line installation on time, on budget and with quality to achieve customer satisfaction
- Provide regular Project reporting to key stakeholders about time, cost and quality.
- Negotiate with suppliers to deliver services at best cost and quality
- Drive Installation process implementation, compliance and governance for packaging equipment, using standard Cluster setup and rules
Qualifications
The person we are looking for is an informal leader with excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently. To be successful in this position you need to have a strong personal drive, a good level of problem solving skills and solid understanding of service business and customer needs. You possess good knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, MS office and MS Project.
The successful candidate has a technical education and 5-10 years of experience from project management. Experience from the food industry is an advantage. It is an advantage if you are PMP certified, has a basic understanding in financial processes and experience from customer negotiations. As you will work in an international environment it is important that you have a good command of English both written and spoken.
