As Installation Proposal Manager, you will be part of the Installation Bid & Proposal team and take part in global tender projects. You will be overall responsible for submarine cable installation packages in projects and ensure complete turnkey project offers to customers. This position will also require frequent travelling, both inside and outside of Europe.

Other parts of your responsibilities will involve:

•Interpreting technical, commercial and legal customer requirements to ensure that tailored solutions meet customer expectations
•Evaluating and negotiating with subcontractors
•Participating in customer negotiations
•Working closely with the sales manager and other departments
•Supporting the installation phase during project execution

Your Profile

To successfully take on this position, you need to be a communicative, independent and driven person who enjoys collaborating and sharing experiences with colleagues. Equally important is your business-oriented mindset, as well as your ability to lead negotiations with subcontractors and understand contractual information. This position also puts high demands on your problem solving skills. Moreover, you thrive when working in an international and dynamic environment that allows you to benefit from your analytical abilities and great personnel skills.

You preferably hold a Master´s or Bachelor´s degree in Contract/Commercial
Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering. This you combine with practical experience of contractual and commercial issues, calculations and scheduling of operations. Experience from civil work and/or construction procurement, risk management as well as strong negotiation skills are required. Proficiency in English is a must, whereas Swedish, German, French or other languages will be to your advantage.
