Tetra Pak Technical Service AB Technical Service within Tetra Pak Market Operations develops, sells and delivers global service products to our customers.Technical Service provides knowledge, technical competence development, spare parts, tools and methodologies to design, manufacture and support Tetra Pak products.3400 employees are working within Technical Service world-wide.Driving continuous improvement in organisation, work practices and competence related to capital equipment installation projects is a vital ingredient in ensuring an excellent first experience with a packaging system for Tetra Pak customers.Beginning with the initial contacts with a customer and continuing through to complete customer satisfaction, excellence in execution is paramount in order to achieve system performance of new equipment sales.To be successful in this role it's necessary to be able to identify, initiate, lead and drive initiatives with clusters and market companies for the improvement of organisation, work practise and competencies from customer inquiry to customer handover of equipment installations.The role includes responsibility for supporting, coaching and training market company staff managing and working with installation. The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong analytical and inter-personal skills.The position demands a strong drive to set and exceed challenging objectives and goals based on a thorough understanding of Tetra Pak business.Understanding the importance of being tactful in negotiations and the ability to motivate people by choosing the appropriate leadership style in a network environment is also important.Excellent communication skills, process orientation, a positive service mind set and customer focus are very essential to this position. We believe that candidates with market company experience in management positions related to Capital Equipment installations and knowledge in performance improvement techniques, such as TPM, Kaizen, WCM, would best meet our expectations.The work will involve international contacts and therefore requires fluency in English and good communication skills.The position is based in Lund, Sweden but involves an estimated 50 - 60 days of international travel per year.
