This is what our Instructional Designer at Tobii does:
Content Creation – develop instructional and educational material
E-Learning – build up our e-learning platform Tobii Academy
Education – evaluate training programs, identify gaps, and implement solutions
Collaboration – leading and consulting with cross-functional stakeholders in a global organization

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have:
Experience in managing and administrating a Learning Management System (LMS)
Experience in the following platforms:
Articulate 360 or similar
Graphic and media editing tools
Customer Relationship Management (CRM), preferably Salesforce
Excellent writing skills for producing educational materials
Great communication and presentation skills
