Ericsson is searching for a person to Design and Develop inspiring, pedagogic and effective education programs/solutions of all forms: interactive, mobile, game based, social, instructor led and blended as well as drive initial contacts with customers around learning solutions.

Job Description:
As an Instructional designer at Ericsson you work in a consultant role and are responsible for driving competence solutions and creating Learning experiences. You will work across a wide range of topics and with various departments to improve overall performance and knowledge of the employees and clients of the organization.
You should be an Entrepreneur that is curious, passionate and Innovative in the area of learning.

The Instructional designer should analyze needs of training, Design training solutions and to some extent Develop training solutions. The Instructional designer is also responsible to setup metrics to be able to measure success (Evaluate).

Responsibilities:
• Scope and design learning solutions.
• Interact with Subject Matter Experts in planning and scoping requirements for the training solutions.
• Perform audience- and competence analysis and based on that recommend and design learning methods and solutions.
• Work as a pedagogue and do editorial work (text and storyboarding) and refine large amounts of information in development of educational material.
• Be creative, curious and driven in the design of learning solutions.
• Work in teams and independently in the design, development, and testing of instructional material.
• Review and test new and revised learning offerings from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contributes to new learning solutions or program ideas.
• Develops course descriptions and related course-specific marketing documents and tools.

• Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.
• Individual project management capability.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Instructional design, or equivalent industry experience or certification.
• Proven track record within e-learning and blended learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content as well as self-paced learning content.
• Foundation knowledge and understanding of learning theory and instructional design techniques.
• Knowledge about new learning trends and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Swedish skills for the purpose of documentation development, curriculum development, editing and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint,
• Skills in Articulate product suite and/or Adobe E-Learnings suite or equivalent authoring tools
• Be familiar with the ADDIE process.
• Skills in Graphical design is desirable
• Ability to organize and work under strict time and production deadlines, while producing quality deliverables.
• Experience from technology industry is an advantage.
