Instructional designer to Combitech

We are looking for a curious and engaged instructional designer to join our Visual and Training Solution team located in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Karlstad. We are working with graphic productions, interactive solutions for training and other visual content.

You will join a team with broad experience in visual art, interactive training, 3D animation, learning design and technical documentation. Together we build and support solutions for our customers and users around the world.



YOUR ROLE AS Instructional designer

As an instructional designer you will work in close collaboration with other designers, visual artists, developers, UX designers and other creative minds.

You will be part of developing digital training solutions, create, evaluate, and maintain engaging learning experiences and compelling course content. You will also visualize instructional graphics and design user interfaces.



You will continuously improve your skills in a stimulating environment and there will be time for personal and professional development.





YOU PROFILE

You are a driven and curious team player with a high interest in visual production and training solutions. For us it is important that you have a creative mindset and that you want to be a part of developing our team!

You hold a degree in the Computer Science field or equivalent education and have at least 2-3 years of experience and your interest lies in usability and user experience.



You know how to realize user demands into usability and graphical design of applications. You have previously worked in Articulate Storyline, you are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, and you have basic knowledge about at least one Learning Management System (LMS). You have experience in writing effective copy, instructional text and audio scripts/video scripts, and you understand learning theories and instructional design models. It is also an advantage if you have basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming and if you possess lesson and curriculum planning skills.



You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written.
