Our Exciting Opportunity
Today’s technology is constantly evolving and sophisticated. Are you able to transform technology information into an exciting and intriguing topic to educate our customers or employees?
Our learning department in Gothenburg is a part of a global learning organization, and we teach those difficult subjects. It is done through instructor-led training, as well as through Web-based learnings and video. We build and deliver all this type of learning and strive to give a good learning experience for our audience.
We mainly work with data transport over microwave or fiber and with switches and routers and corresponding technologies.
We work in self-organizing teams, where the decisions are taken by you and your colleagues.

The responsibilities and tasks for this position might change over time and are therefore formed by the person holding it, you.
You will
Build course content.
Interact with customers to identify their competence need and then customize the course content.
Deliver trainings, either remotely, locally in Gothenburg or most likely, at the customer location.
Deal with different training labs and build exercises for the students.
Get different projects to run and make them happen.
To be successful in the role you must have
IP Router knowledge.
Travel ability.
A teaching demeanour.
Knowledge Sharing and Communication skills.
Solid dedication to perfection, attention to detail and lead by example.
Attitude of being results oriented and a self-starter.
Ability to deliver on time and on budget.
Ability to work creatively and virtually in a distributed team across different times zones, geographies and cultures.
Proficiency in English, written and oral.
