As IBP manager you ensure the highest possible service level to our customers, an optimal stock cover and high on shelf freshness of our products in the stores, whilst supporting your colleagues in sales and finance to achieve our commercial and financial targets. You do this by maintaining high forecast accuracy in the demand plans and working in full alignment with sales, finance, marketing, logistics and supply. The IBP manager Scandinavia & Central Europe reports to the Director Integrated Business Planning, based in Mölndal.
You are a member of the Integrated Business Planning management team and an important advisor to the Business Area leadership team. Together with your colleagues you further develop ways of working, use of new technology and develop the team members. We are in the midst of an exciting implementation of a state-of-the-art IBP system.
The position can be based in Mölndal or in Stockholm (Solna), Sweden.
Your colleagues are located in Sweden, Finland and Belgium. The job requires a fair amount of travel (a few days, per month).
Who are we looking for?
• Master’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, economics, business administration or corresponding knowledge based on work experience
• Minimum 7 years professional experience of team leadership, supply chain management, S&OP/IBP and supporting IT systems (AX, SAP, SAP IBP, O9 etc.)
• Track record of driving data-driven, fact-based decisions and being able to clearly communicate them to top management
• Experience in process improvement and change management and able to provide others with a clear direction and to delegate work appropriately
• Business driven mindset with strong presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English, Swedish is a plus
