Integrated Network Manager Europe

In this role, you will lead our Integrated Network team in Europe. The team should deliver the highest on time in full service to customers (internal & external). The team also handle local replenishment and introduction of new Network supply set ups.
Furthermore, you will develop organization efficiency and productivity through continues improvement, preferably using digital tools and new technology.
What you will do
Define and secure optimal and reliable logistics flow of materials across the network in the region as well as for stock refill, existing and new as well as the flow of materials within the network.
Secure new network supply chains are set up in an efficient way within Services Supply Network Europe
Purchasing and replenishment of local materials, including securing suppling delivery performance through collaboration with suppliers and supplier management.
Secure that materials vendors, logistics and transport suppliers deliver according to specification incl master data quality (OTF)
Manage the Market Company, Supply Network and Service Administration Centre co-operation and interface related to order to fulfillment and special-order service. Manage all trade flows, end-to-end, all delivery priorities to secure the highest performance (OTF & SOS)
Drive and develop Parts Supply Chain 24 Hour Emergency Service (SOS)
Implement the tools to enable full end to end visibility of materials across the Network incl. implementation and adoption of digital tools and automation

The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things. It is beneficial with competence in digital tools and programming, like Power BI, Python etc.
You are a proven leader with a background in supply chain and preferably experience from warehouse operation.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >5 years of experience from working within logistics.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
