Services Supply Network (SSN) is the organization within Tetra Pak Services which purchases and distributes spare parts and other physical goods to the full Tetra Pak customer base. A key success factor to keep our customers satisfied with the service we provide is to have an efficient, professional and customer-centric Customer Service function globally. To fulfil the needs, we have eight distribution centres globally and four regional administration centres (SAC), where SSN focuses on making sure our customers get superior support to run their operations in the best way.

Join us as the Integrated Network Manager Europe, where your mission will be to lead and optimize network logistics, ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance for both internal and external customers.

This position is based in Lund, Sweden and is a permanent position.
What you will do
As Integrated Network Manager Europe you will:
Optimize Logistics Flows: Define and secure reliable material flows across the European network, managing stock refills and supporting the introduction of new setups.
Innovate Supply Chains: Develop efficient supply chains within the Services Supply Network Europe for seamless operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Market Companies, Supply Network, and Service Administration Centres to manage order fulfillment and prioritize deliveries.
Emergency Service Leadership: Drive and enhance the 24-Hour Emergency Service for Parts Supply Chain (SOS).
Implement Digital Tools: Advance network visibility through digital tools and automation for an efficient end-to-end operation.
Leadership: Build a capable and dynamic team, fostering a strong safety and sustainability culture.
We believe you have
In this position you will work with a dynamic team in a global working environment. The successful candidate has several years of experience in logistics and is used to work with cross organizational communications and improvements. You enjoy working in a high paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results.
Preferably you have been in a management position or have experience from informal leadership. Motivating and coaching is something you enjoy and are good at. You are service minded and collaborative with excellent communication skills. Communication must be pro-active, fast and accurate and of course you are fluent in English, both verbally and written. Analytical skills as well as an understanding of digital tools and automation are also important to be able to prioritize the improvement areas and drive productivity.
