Integrated Plant Solution Manager

In this role, you will drive full plant solution creation, including value proposition, pricing structure and engineering deliverables.
Furthermore, you will develop organization competence on the sales approach and transfer competence to the markets, develop E2E solution roadmap and value proposition, proactively support market organizations to secure business growth.
What you will do
Create Integrated Plant Solution value proposition framework
Define base configurations with e2e and integration in mind
Create the conditions for unleashing Markets and Project centres
Involved in lighthouse projects
Leads cross-teams from BUs, Markets, PS, Services

The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, excellent communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things.
You are a proven leader with a background in product and category management.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >5 years of experience from working in a packaging industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
