Integration AMS Lead, SKF IT


SKF IT Integration Services are responsible for all integrations in and outside SKF. We normally support over 50 ongoing projects, hundreds of integration requests and participate in large transformation programs as the ongoing global SAP implementation. 


Our Integration environments handles more than 1 billion transactions each year. It's live 24x7 and is the blood flow of the SKF IT landscape.


Integration Services is a highly skilled, experienced and well-functioning team, consisting of Integration Architects, several Integration development teams globally, multiple Operational teams. In addition, several service delivery teams.


Your day-to-day work
As the Integration Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) Lead you will be the focal point for several operational teams responsible for the complete SKF Integration production landscape worldwide. You will also: 


•   Coordinate the change management for Integration releases
•   Participate in new project startup discussions
•   Ensure knowledge transfer from development to operations
•   Support multiple operational teams with issue resolution
•   Coordinate upgrades of the production landscape
•   Own the Integration Transport Management process for integration releases
•   Ensure operational teams have right skillset for taking over new integrations from projects
•   Coordination with teams at multiple cloud service providers


We expect you to have
•   Experience as an SAP Integration lead or equal
•   10+ years of experience in Integration development, configuration, solution design and support
•   Ability to work in a diverse environment, use proactive communication and collaboration with different teams and individuals to achieve results
•   Experience from SAP PO, SAP CPI, SAP CP API Mgmt, AIF
•   Good understanding off EDI, IBM MQ series/MQMFT and other integration technologies.
•   Working knowledge of ITIL and how to apply techniques in an operational environment
•   Working knowledge of Service Now
•   Drive continuous improvement focussed on value to Business
•   Have a holistic mindset
•   University degree within IT or equivalent working experience
•   High communication skills in English, verbal and written. Meritorious with communication skills in Swedish.

Additional information for you
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden. Local contract in AB SKF. 


You will report to the Integration and Automation Services Manager who is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
