We are seeking an experienced integration architect to take our integration capabilities to new heights.
Simployer/AlexisHR is expanding its integration capabilities by offering integration solutions to our customers, seamlessly connecting with their existing IT ecosystems, which often include third-party systems such as recruiting software (ATS), CRM, Payroll, and IdP solutions.
Our dedicated integration team, supported by a robust platform built on Apache Camel, is at the forefront of these efforts.
As the integration architect, you will be part of a central team and impact how we work with integration. With a modern view, you will drive our integration capability forward, develop new integration requirements, and standardize existing ones while promoting a self-service mindset in building integrations.
What you will do:
- Set directions and manage activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet organizational and customer business requirements.
- Develop and maintain a robust integration architecture framework to facilitate scalable and secure connections with external systems.
- Drive the strategy on integration target architecture.
- Build and define an ecosystem of partners and “standard” integrations that connect to our data & onboarding APIs (e.g., pre-integrated HR systems, Payroll systems, Data analysis services, etc.).
- Ensure successful customer adoption of our solutions, connecting them to their other commercial software applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in product & technology, sales departments, and customer organizations.
- Provide expert advice to product teams on the use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture, and best practices.
What you will bring to the team:
- A strong technical understanding of APIs, Distributed systems, Event sourcing, and integrations gained through working as a developer or integration architect with some level of customer contact.
- Proficiency in building scalable integration services, preferably with systems such as ERP and/or Payroll.
- Fluency in at least one OOP language, such as Java, Kotlin, or C#.
- Experience working in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Integration Systems such as Apache Camel, Jboss Fuse, WSO2, or Azure Logic Apps.
- Attention to detail and the ability to implement stable and scalable integrations
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
What we see as a plus:
- Experience in the identity & access management area
- Experience in the HRIS domain (HR master data, HR systems, Payroll data, and Employee & Organizational data).

Our hiring process
- HR Screening: A brief conversation with our HR team to learn more about you and your background (approx. 15 minutes).
- Meeting with Michał: A technical screening and a friendly introduction to get to know each other (approx. 30 minutes).
- Personality and Logic Test: A short assessment to help us understand your problem-solving abilities and cognitive strengths via Alva Labs.
- Technical Interview: You'll meet with Michal again together with other Tech leaders for a more in-depth technical discussion and to get a feel for our team (approx. 60 minutes).
- Informal HR Interview: Before making an offer, we’ll have a final informal chat to answer any last questions and ensure everything feels right on both sides.
