Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Integration Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop and execute the integration strategy for global People & Culture (P&C) systems, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, SaaS solutions, and AWS within our IT landscape.
Define and enforce architectural guidelines, promoting industry standards and best practices across the organization.
Manage the Data Model alignment between our integration platform and SAP SuccessFactors.
Lead and coordinate a team of integration specialists, prioritizing tasks and ensuring delivery alignment.
Represent the integration team in P&C and architect forums, engaging with stakeholders globally.
Coordinate and support integration activities for business units worldwide, facilitating seamless integration with local HR environments.
Collaborate closely with the HR Hub Product Owner to prioritize and align integration team deliverables.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving support as needed.

What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as an integration developer and architect, with a strong background in agile methodologies.
Proficiency in CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and BTP (Business Technology Platform).
Extensive knowledge of integration methods such as APIs, SFTP, JSON, SQL (e.g., MySQL, TSQL), and XML.
Experience in functional and technical integration design, information modeling, and software development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Proven track record of leading technical projects in a global context.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript, Groovy, etc., and understanding of HR or People & Culture systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial.
