Tietoevry Transform’s HCM & CloudBorn practice aims to provide "as a Service" Solutions for core enterprise processes.
We are growing and now looking for driven and customer focused Senior/ Lead Workday Integration Consultants, with different backgrounds and experience levels to join our global team.
In our team you will participate in the full implementation lifecycle, gathering business requirements, designing, developing, testing, deploying, training and handling documentation. You can also have an important role in pre-sales, creating solutions in bids for our customers and opportunity to proactively come up with new ideas to extend our business and to better serve our customers.
As a (Senior/ Lead) Workday Integrations Consultant your role can include, depending on your experience level:
Leading the assigned responsibility area
Providing advice on best practices and approaches to the team and the client
Comprehending client requirements and provide the business solutions
Collaborating with the sales team to create and deliver client proposals
Proactively proposing new ideas for our customers
Supporting in presales and bid creation
Proactively sharing knowledge and coaching other consultants in your own responsibility area

Experience in Workday Integration implementations and services or
Experience with Workday integrations and related processes from the customer and administrative side
