Integration Delivery Manager - Products and Services

Our highly skilled and experienced product teams work with urgency and passion when researching and developing new ways to keep our customers safe. We are now looking for an IT integration Delivery Manager with a great passion for both Products and Services, IT technology and people to join our Delivery and Launch team in Technology North. 
 

About the Job

The Integration Delivery Manager is one key role in a global Delivery Team. The Integration Delivery Manager is responsible to deliver and launch initiatives in collaboration with agile teams from different organizational units and international locations. It is a role who manages different stakeholders within Technology North, group functions and country organizations.

The Delivery Manager collaborately defines the Initiative, its Minimum Viable Product, Lean business case and facilitate implementation. As a Delivery Manager you will report to the Manager for IT Delivery & Launch and belong to the Demand, Portfolio, Delivery and Launch department.

Main responsibilities
* Deliver new capabilities in the area of Product integration and Services
* Lead the IT integration process within the product domain across the different value streams (e.g. Installation, Maintenance, Enablers, Customer Care, etc)
* Lead initiatives through our Portfolio process, safeguard initiative progress and secure communication with stakeholders.
* Facilitate initiative definitions in cooperation with business and IT representatives.
* Coordinate pilot and launch activities in different countries.

* A university degree within IT or other relevant area
* Experience from working with product development
* Experience working with a mix of internal and external teams, located inhouse and across Europe
* Experience in Agile Methodologies
* Fluent in English
