Who are you?

We are looking for a colleague to expand our integration team. You have a great interest for integration and a passion to break down complex integration challenges into simple design and solutions that can be maintained efficiently.

About the job

The integration team provides IT solutions for all information exchange between applications within Alfa Laval or between Alfa Laval and external parties. We have started a transition moving to more API and cloud-based solutions which you will be a part of.

As an integration developer you will participate in requirements management, develop, build, configure and unit test integration solutions. You ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation and that they are peer reviewed and documented. You will also participate in the support of delivered solutions which we do together with an integration team in India.

As a part of the job you keep yourself updated with new technology and participate in evaluations and tests.

Technical knowledge in any combination:
* Experience of C#.
* Experience of the Azure platform.
* Experience in Azure Integration Services.
* Experience of IBM Integration Bus/ACE.
* Experience of IBM MQ.

Good to know:
* Experience of integration development.
* Knowledge of integration and application architecture.
* Knowledge of international integration standards.
* Experience in Agile Methods and Tools (SAFe, SCRUM, DevOps).

What you know

To succeed in this role, you have an interest in Computer Science, particularly in programming.

It is fundamental that you are interested in understanding the challenges related to integration and how to overcome them by bringing in new ideas and having an open mindset.

General knowledge
* Experience in Software Engineering and programming.
* Ability to translate requirements into a solution design, configuration and build as well as determine estimates of effort.
