We are currently looking for an Integration & Information Architect to join our team
Let us describe the challenge we offer
To allow our product teams to build world-class customer experiences on a global market we need a common map of our information assets and how it flows between our systems. As the Integration & Information Architect you will enable this by working with the teams to define the policies and standards for how we design, use and exchange information in our system landscape, and ensure that such standards are followed by the teams.
What you'll do
You will work in a team of architects covering enterprise architecture, software quality, technical standards and information & integration architecture. The team is oriented under the Deputy CDO and supports all the product domains and stakeholders across the organization. Our mindset is very focused on business outcome and being an embedded part of our delivery organization.
Other tasks you will be accountable for:
- Design, develop and govern integration architecture principles to secure best practice architecture
- Enable effective data and analytics governance, develop information governance processes and structures, as well as sources and classifications - in close collaboration with the Information Security and Data & Analytics teams
- Conduct business information modelling, create and manage business information models in all forms - including conceptual models, database designs, message models and others.
- Have the responsibility to document the information/data flow and communication between systems.
- Act as an architecture evangelist, active in forums, working groups, functional and regional areas to ensure that communication and alignment is maintained.
- Enhance decision-making and provide the organization with a view of the information landscape for strategic planning etc.
- Improve business performance through enterprise information solutions and capabilities (master data management, metadata management, analytics, content management, data integration, and related information management or information infrastructure components
- Operational work planning cross organizational projects and tasks enabling solutions working End-to-End
- Proactively advice in architecture governance forums and design authorities for design decisions
- Document and govern architecture documentation artifacts
- Contribute to strategy development in alignment with the roadmaps of system vendors
Who you are

Moreover, you are a natural problem solver with a detailed focus and are known as a completer/finisher.
To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:
- Have a relevant background with 10+ years of experience in information architecture, integration architecture and solution design
- Experience in working with microservices based architecture in a cloud-based environment (AWS)
- Have an End-to-End process mindset, bridging between solution areas and applications to integration with standard and best practices as guiding principles
- Experience in design and governance of Cloud based solutions in a hybrid scenario with on premise solutions
- Knowledge of ERP landscape, process architecture and the ERP application portfolio
- Ability to translate business requirements into integration architecture requirements, roadmap and deliverable.
As the Information & Integration Architect, you will collaborate with the product domains in their implementation through guiding and coaching. You are also responsible for documenting our landscape and provide visualization of our information assets and flows.
