About the role

We meet an increasing demand from our customers to help them build integrations to and from the Quinyx Cloud platform. To meet this demand Quinyx has a newly formed team of dedicated Integration professionals offering hosted and maintained integrations as a service and expert consultancy around integrations. This team acts as part of implementation projects but also independently, and is involved with customers all over the world. We’re growing and that’s why we need you!

What you’ll be doing

- Leading the Quinyx Integration Team by supporting the current team members, hiring new team members and setting the strategy for the team in the coming years;
- Designing and writing integration specifications together with cross-functional teams both from the customer’s side as well as Quinyx Product Experts;
- Helping Quinyx to identify top-tier SaaS platforms which we want to provide standard integrations;
- Communicating and working closely with 3rd party providers who provide integration solutions from and to Quinyx Cloud platform;
- Being the point of contact for any integration related questions during Quinyx implementation projects, for both the customer side as internal teams;
- Contributing with input and opinions to improve our current processes, integration architecture and best practices;
- Supporting customers with best practices and guidance around our APIs.


What you’ll bring to the team

- Be an awesome colleague, accountable, willing to go the extra mile, always see possibilities and have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality;
- Experience with coaching and managing teams of up to 5 people;
- Work with integrations for some years and having experience as Integration Lead or similar within an organisation's Integrations Competency Centre;
- Experience with WSO2 Micro Integrator or another integration platform is valued;
- Be eager to help global customers on international markets;
- You’re a communicative person, who has experience in customer-facing scenarios maybe from a consultant background or similar.
